A Thoughtful Renovation: Blending Art Nouveau with Modern Functionality and Design.
The grandeur of the Palazzo that serves as the headquarters for Ersel Bank, a historic 1930s building located on Via Caradosso in Milan, undergoes a meticulous transformation by the renowned Atelier of Alfonso Femia. This project embarks on a journey to seamlessly marry spatial development with functional enhancement within this distinguished location.
Honoring the architectural legacy of 20th-century Milan while embarking on a discreet yet profound transformation of its layout and interior spaces, the project reimagines the essence of the era. Among the helicoidal staircases, Art Nouveau stained-glass windows, and elegant halls and meeting rooms, the Mimico table and Pola Light chairs by Crassevig perfectly encapsulate the ethos of bridging different epochs, finding their ideal placement within this historic setting.
To complete the ambiance, the Mixis Air Chairs add a touch of sophistication, enhancing the allure of the conference room with their timeless design.
